CLASS PACKAGES.

Class package prices are per week & per term.

Class packages can be selected via the parental portal.

There is a $35.00 annual registration fee for all enrolments.

Mini Elite

1x Mini Ballet class a week= $12.50/ Per term= $125.00

1x Mini Movers class a week= $14.00/ Per term= $140.00

2x classes a week (1 Mini Ballet & 1 Mini Movers) = $25.00/ Per term= $250.00

Petite, Junior, Intermediate & Senior

1x class a week= $15.00/ Per term= $150.00

2x classes a week= $29.00/ Per term= $290.00

3x classes a week= $42.00/ Per term= $420.00

4x classes a week= $54.00/ Per term= $540.00

5x classes a week= $65.00/ Per term= $650.00

6x classes a week= $75.00/ Per term= $750.00

7x classes a week= $84.00/ Per term= $840.00

Unlimited classes a week= $92.00/ Per term= $920.00

Performance Stream

6/under company (weekly)= $85.00/ Per term= $850.00

8/under company (weekly)= $90.00/ Per term= $900.00

10/under company (weekly)= $95.00/ Per term= $950.00

12/under company (weekly)= $100.00/ Per term= $1000.00

Senior company (weekly)=$105.00/ Per term= $1050.00

Team Elite

Junior Team Elite (weekly)= $120.00/ Per term= $1200.00

Intermediate Team Elite (weekly)= $140/ Per term= $1400.00

Senior Team Elite (weekly)= $150/ Per term= $1500

Ballet Elite (weekly)= $15.00/ Per term= $150.00 not included in inclusive company fees

Solo Tuition

1x competition routine solo lesson (30 mins) = $50.00

1x new competition solo lesson (2hrs)= $200.00

*Solo lessons MUST be paid for on the day, at studio reception.

Company Costumes

All students in Company are required to purchase all Company costumes in full. These costumes can range anywhere between $50-$150 per costume.

Once committed to Company, it is compulsory to purchase ALL costumes when necessary.

Failure to do so will result in your child/ren being unable to participate in our Company program.

At the end of the of the competition season, families are welcome to keep or sell their purchased costumes.

Concert Costume Levy

PLEASE NOTE COSTUMES ARE ONLY FOR HIRE AND MUST BE RETURNED

Costume hire per class (annually)= $60.00

This amount will be distributed evenly throughout term 3 and term 4 and is to be paid by the final week of each term. If preferred, the payment of $60 per class can be paid by the end of term 3. based on your preferred payment arrangement.

Solo performers are to purchase costumes at their own cost.

Concert fee

Company concert fee= $50.00

Ballet production fee= $75.00

End of year concert fee= $75.00

E-FORCE crew (select hip hop crew- invite only)

CHANGES TO ENROLMENTS & LESSONS.

Enrolment changes

Students are able to make changes to enrolments at any time during the year. If a student wishes to change class, whether that be for a different style or time slot this must be communicated a week prior to any changes. Students can cancel enrolments at anytime, however there is a minimum of 2 weeks notice required. Please note the amount of the students enrolment will be charged for that two week period. Students are welcome to attend their classes for that period.

Illness/ Injury policy

In the unfortunate event that a student is required to miss a class/ classes due to an illness or injury, they are welcomed to attend make up lessons once they have returned. Please note these lessons are subject to availability.

Students who are absent due to an illness or injury MUST receive a medical clearance letter before returning. The wellbeing off all students and staff is our main priority and we asked if your child is showing signs of an illness they refrain from attending classes.

If a student becomes unwell during their time at the studio a parent or guardian will be called and they are to be collected immediately.

In the case of an illness or injury, an appropriate illness/ incident form will be completed immediately and must be signed by parent/ guardian at collection.

STUDIO RULES.

Our Elite Elevation studio is a judgement free zone. Students are encouraged to express themselves and grow in a safe and nurturing environment. Under NO circumstances will bully or harassment of any type be tolerated on the premises. Any incidents of bullying or harassment MUST be reported immediately and appropriate documentation will be completed. Every incident will be taken very seriously and appropriate action will be taken. Please note the enrolment of any student partaking in bullying can be terminated at any time.
Parents/ guardians are to drop off and collect children from reception AT ALL TIMES. As we share the carpark with other businesses, students are not to enter the carpark alone for any reason. In the odd occasion that you need your child to meet you at the car, reception must be called and the student will be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For the development of each child and in the best interest of the class, parents/ guardians are to refrain from watching the entire class. Parents however are welcome to look through the viewing windows to check on children (this should be no longer than 1 minute). Parents are NOT to enter the class unless being given permission by the instructor. This is to ensure the class is not disrupted and students remain engaged to get the most out of their lesson. Please be advised that if your child is too unsettled to participate in the class they will be brought to you or you will be called if you are not on the premises. (THE STUDIO HAS VIDEO SURVEILLANCE THROUGHOUT TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF EACH STUDENT)
Parents/ guardians are to act in an appropriate manner at ALL TIMES. Under no circumstances will parents act in a way that causes harm or distress to any child or employee. Abuse of any kind will result in termination of enrolment. Any incident of abuse or inappropriate behaviour carried out by an adult will be documented and authorities may be called.
Students taking any form of ballet class MUST be dressed in the ballet uniform. This included the Leotard assigned to their age group, theatrical pink/ ballet pink stocking and ballet shoes. Children are not to enter a ballet class wearing baggy or loose fitted clothing (it is important that children wear the correct ballet uniform so appropriate corrections can be made to posture etc.). Any child awaiting their Elite Elevation ballet uniform are welcome to wear any black or white leotard.
Students and parents/ guardians in the waiting areas are to remain calm and quiet at all times to ensure classes are operating without any distraction.
Students are to treat teachers and Elite Elevation staff with respect at all times.
No offensive language or gossiping of any type will be tolerated within the studio.
Students are not to enter a classroom without a teacher.
No smoking or vaping on the premises, including the carpark.
Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated within the classroom.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE AN ENROLMENT AT ANY TIME.

Students taking any form of ballet class MUST be dressed in the ballet uniform. This includes the Leotard assigned to their age group, theatrical pink/ ballet pink stockings and ballet shoes. Students are not to enter a ballet class wearing baggy or loose fitted clothing (it is important that children wear the correct ballet uniform so appropriate corrections can be made to posture etc.). Any student awaiting their Elite Elevation ballet uniform are welcome to wear any black or white leotard.
Students participating in the Open Ballet class are welcome to any leotard of their choice, however they must still be wearing theatrical pink/ ballet pink stocking, with appropriate ballet shoes and hair in a neat slick ballet bun.
For all other styles, students are to wear moveable black shorts or leggings with Elite Elevation t-shirt to tank top. While Elite Elevation does have a choice of dance crop top these are only to be worn by students in the intermediate level or higher.
Please note, senior, open age and adult dancers participating in classes other than ballet are welcome to wear any clothing they are comfortable in as long as it is appropriate to the needs to each style.
