We want our senior students to be as comfortable as possible.

This is why we allow students to choose their own appropriate clothing for classes, however we still have some rules and requirements. 

 

BALLET- All students are to wear the correct ballet uniform.

Females are to wear the black studio camisole leotard with theatrical pink ballet stockings and canvas split sole ballet shoes. Students are welcome to wear warm up clothing for the beginning of the class, however it has to be removed mid way through their barre exercises. HAIR MUST BE IN A NEAT BUN. 

Males are to wear a white fitted t-shirt or cap sleeve leotard with black tights or lycra fitted shorts. All men must wear white socks and white split sole canvas ballet shoes.

 

ALL OTHER STYLES- All students are welcome to wear their own choice of clothing to classes. We do offer a wide range of studio clothing that we strongly encouraged be worn. If students wish to wear alternative clothing, we ask that it is appropriate and moves freely with the body. We ask that clothing is not too bright in colour. 

As listed above students attending Open Ballet classes, are welcome to wear a leotard of any style or colour.
